Returns
The Denim Bar understands that you may have made a mistake while ordering (and knowing how strong you made those martinis, we understand why). All we ask is that you correct those mistakes in a timely fashion. Should you need another size or style, we ask that you mail us your purchase within 3 days of when the items were received, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within seven days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. After that, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.

Dry/Raw Denim
Due to the nature of Dry/Raw denim, we cannot accept returns on jeans that have obviously been worn. If you have tried on the jeans more than 3 times or worn them for more than 30 minutes, they will show obvious wearing. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a return based on our assessment.

Was shipped the wrong style/color/size, what do I do?
If you were shipped incorrect merchandise style, color, size you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. We will refund you for the return shipping for incorrectly filled orders.

Can I return my purchase to a store?
The Denim Bar Online is independent from The Denim Bars retail stores. Returns/Exchanges for The Denim Bar Online will not be honored by The Denim Bar and vice versa. Promotions, discounts, sales and price adjustments offered by The Denim Bar Online will not be honored by The Denim Bar and vice versa.

Sale/Discounted Items
Items purchased on sale must be returned/exchanged and post-marked within 3 days of receiving the item. Items purchased with a promotional code are considered Sale/Discounted Items. Items purchased on sale of more than 70% off are final.

Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is only applicable to those shipping items in the state of Maryland.

Domestic Shipping (USA)
The Denim Bar offers shipping thru UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Items are usually shipped the next business day and have a transit time of approximately 2 days to many areas, and 3 days to other areas. We do not process orders on the weekend. Orders places on Friday will be shipped on Monday. The arrival time is an estimate and is not guaranteed. If you need them sooner, please select Overnight Shipping. Orders over $500 will require a signature.

International Shipping
International shipping is provided (except on select items to specific locations). The customer is responsible for applicable duties and customs charges. Exchanges will be marked as such to avoid further duties and charges. Items will be shipped USPS Global Priority the next business day. Occasionally, orders can be delayed due to customs, and The Denim Bar cannot take responsibility for such delays.

Can I modify my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
